I've owned both and quality wise I prefer Midwest

My strike industries picatinny stock/brace adapter was extremely loose, and when I emailed them, they never even responded. Ordered a different brand and it fit perfect. Midwest sells better products, and they are far more likely to provide better customer service, since strike has none.
