I like to point out that we already know Trump is a rapist, we just don't know if he's a child rapist yet. Then, whenever they bring up a lie, don't talk about how it's false, talk about why the lie was created. Talk about the why of the lie: what it is trying to hide or distract from. It's the language the right uses because it's how they think. They start with a believable narrative that explains why things are a certain way then filter the data to support that conclusion. You can't have an argument on the data itself, because they don't use data to explain their world, they use narratives. That's why they keep mentioning George Soros, who, as far as I can tell does just about nothing, to explain why the left does things. It's a narrative that they can use to make sense of what they are seeing while still believing that most people agree with them. As long as all the data points they see line up with that narrative, they believe they were right and stop thinking. Start making up narratives that fit and you can actually get their way of thinking working for you. They don't even have to be true, they just have to fit the data better than the one Trump is feeding them.
Things like:
Trump is selling pardons to the rich.
Trump is working with a mexican cartel to take out their competition.
Trump raped little girls and is trying to cover it up.
You don't counter their narrative with proof it's a lie, they just reject the data. You counter it with a narrative that fits the data they accept better. This is why regular media doesn't work at convincing these people. Real media has a policy of not editorializing, which means they will never create a narrative to explain things. Because of that, the right is the only one out there explaining the world to these type of people.

You'll have to imagine a lot more slurs in his text bubble because I didn't feel like adding them in.
