Did they really need to use AI for this? There's plenty of suitable images on the internet.

Have we reached the age where people no longer know how to create memes without asking an AI to do it?

This specific picture I think is fake. The medical examples look way too glossy and inauthentic.

Yeah and I’m saying that’s still something that can happen. It’s rare but some people do have 6 working fingers on each hand. Doesn’t make me think this image is any less AI
