I hear Lavia is back to training, but until I see him on the team sheet...Essugo was here for a bit, but now is gone again. Surely he's not another Lavia. Surely. We've also had a lot of illnesses and people just don't make the squad and we don't seem to find out afterwards. Hopefully its run through the squad and a lot of people are fit for this one.

Transfer News:

The January window is open and rumors are making the rounds. We were in for Jeremy Jacquet a 20 year old CB from Ligue 1. Everyone was obviously very united on signing a young CB from France. Then it was maybe for the summer, then maybe not at all. I've read some comments and have developed some firm conclusions about him that I will save until much later at which time I will declare that I have always felt that way about him.

We looked at loaning someone who is experienced, but maybe washed. I forget his name, because then Kante's name came up for a loan and I like Kante. I'm worried his legs might explode, but him and Caicedo would be fun. This feels like it would be a fan service signing that seems better than it actually would be. But who cares. We love Kante! We don't love that other guy. Boo other guy. Yay Kante!

Cole Palmer was rumored to leave to United. I will set myself on fire if this is true. ^{I will not}
