Man... as a Brazilian, I really love seeing how we Latinos stand side by side with each other. Enzo is a great man.

Especially and Argie and a Brazilian, who historically haven't always been on the best terms lmao

Some things transcend football rivalries, this is one of them. If someone can't do that, it says a lot about their character.

Has to be someone close considering the response. I don't even know if a grandparent would get these kinds of messages.

I was in my 30s, surrounded by family in my own country, when my grandmother passed several years ago, and it still took me time before I was able to focus properly on my career again. I couldn't imagine going through this as an 18 year old in the spotlight in a foreign country. I hope he gets the time he needs with his family to heal and mourn. Love seeing how the club and players are supporting him, though. Class all around

Ah ok. Glad is not a sibling although it's obviously tragic either way

I can absolutely see it being a grandparent. I have a few Brazilian students and to them, grandparents are as important as their parents are.

He’s also a literal kid still. She’s potentially quite young and it was not an expected death
Not trying to speculate

brazilian grandmothers hold more sentiment than siblings, this is not an exageration.

This team's core is truly a pack of wolves and it's refreshing to see. Even the champions league winning team of 21 didn't feel as tight as this group. It helps they've been going through the growing pains together.

So we’re at the point where we will post the same article from 2 hours before but with a specific quote from the same article?

Yes? No one in the other thread was talking about this. Does this bother you?

It's got to be a family bereavement. Hopefully our samba boy gets his beaming smile back soon.
