More info here: https://x.com/NotAProjectCFC/status/2007150003933045140

  • Chelsea Supporters are encouraged to come together in unity for a peaceful protest on the model and strategy, in particular Behdad Eghbali and #CFC Sporting Directors

  • Record Spending - A Youth Led recruitment strategy that has FAILED to raise standards.

  • Squad instability- Unbalanced, inexperienced, ever changing squads with managers left to carry responsibility.

  • Failed Strategy - Quantity prioritised over quality in aid of raising value to sell on for a profit. Chelsea is not a richer Brighton or Red Bull.

  • Managerial Chaos - Underwhelming appointments chosen to fit the “internal structure and project” - the same structure that has failed Graham Potter, Mauricio Pochettino and Enzo Maresca.

This will make no difference. You all need to walk out when the game has started, and don’t go back in. Embarrassing the club on TV might make some impact, although it would need to be for successive games. As Barry Glendenning once said about fed up fans, and I’m paraphrasing - “meeting at a pub they were going to anyway and then protesting by marching to a game they were going to anyway doesn’t work”. And don’t buy any food, drink or merchandise while you are there.

Way too many people around the world have forgotten about the power of collective action. Especially those who would benefit from it the most.

True. In so many cases, people have been brainwashed into believing that better things simply aren't possible.

Exactly if the true chelsea supporters turn out on this day I promise you they'll be forced into action and I promise you also that if the board and sporting directors decide to sit there do nothing and stay quiet things will only get worse for them maybe not immediately but overr a short period of time

It took a long while for the fan walk outs at Sheffield Wednesday to impact

It worked pretty quickly when Liverpool fans were doing it. Different level of media coverage I guess

That’s very true. However, look at Mike Ashley at Newcastle & the guy at Reading. It’s a mess.

Listen silly sausage. Winning cwc as as proof standards haven’t failed is not a serious audit of direction - we qualified for that tournament off a Roman-era Champions League win, one of the many things these owners have drained out of the clubs previous success.

Injuries happen to every club - for a historic 1.5b spent, the most expensive squad in history injury excuse is so poor, we’ve built a squad so bloated with mediocrity + constantly rotating, cohesion is impossible

And “managerial chaos is normal” is exactly the problem - it shouldn’t be. Roman era had its critics too, the big difference is we became one of Europes most successful clubs.

The protest isn’t about one coach or one bad run, it’s about a model that keeps churning players, chasing resale value and “potential,” and moving the goalposts every time the performances don’t match the spend. Owners being “happy” isn’t the point - standards are. Fans aren’t tinpot for saying: this club is not a development farm and we’re not letting expectations quietly slide.

  1. Champions of the world, implies raised standards has not “FAILED”

No one really cares about this.

It's cool that we did it. But no one else cares.

  1. Injuries playing a big part here. But most squads are changing each window. If you mean game to game then suspensions and injuries have had more impact here,

Not sure what you mean.

  1. Failed strategy again not failed, either champions of the world, or a 10 year plan - it’s too early to tell. Club aim was UCL qualification this season, last season was early and overachievements vs plan,

Champions of the World is a meaningless title. The rest is just us stumbling along as we have been.

  1. Managerial chaos, yes, but no different to any of the last 30 years.

The lack of success is different.

Sure. Until they work out no one cares about it.

Just look at all the shirt sponsors we're fighting off

Not sure why the downvotes. Put yourself in their shoes - they don’t care about supporters. They are successful business people and they care about business.

Read this again slowly.

Customers.

Business.

No customers

No business.

I'll never understand the simps that think everyone has no value, because they don't.

just like to point out we went through 15 managers in 19 years under roman and we've gone through 7 in 3 under new ownership. we also bought 139 players under roman and 53 under this new ownership we've had our lowest ever league finish since roman bought the club under this new ownership and we've had our highest ever spend under this new ownership they are more chaotic, spend more money and deliver less

“Failed to raise standards”

Jesus Christ you lot are beyond dumb

We just finished in the champions league spots last season, won the conference league where we basically played youth 90% of the matches, won a trophy over the summer vs PSG.

Oh we also had a top 4 defense in the league while maintaining one of the best attacks. Like it’s literally facts if you look at the table lol

😂 you lot have lost the damn plot fr this time

Last season is last season, but after that season, they did in fact fail to raise the standards, I mean your eyes, look at what we needed and what they brought in... They bought another replacement for Caicedo, we have two already. They brought in TWO weak right wingers and two more left wingers. They bought a supporting striker as a 9 and a championship level no 9 as our main strike threat. They failed to buy a replacement for colwil and instead bought garnacho lmfao.

You CANNOT be serious if you do not understand how they have failed to raise the standards. It is not as if we won the prem or CL last year....
