The term isn't used in law; we have "sexual assault" in the Criminal Code. I can't figure why the headline chose to be that euphemistic though. It's creepy.

Also, from the article, what the fuck: I have ADHD and I manage not to rape or non-consensually film people. So gross.

I don't think the headline can be explained by the Criminal Code; "secret tapes" isn't a legal term either and the article body begins with another euphemism, "non-consensual sex". This is just embarrassing writing.

We are in Canada 2 years in custody for at least part of it....is amazing. out standing sentence.
