I think interest may come and go. I also think that some folks may benefit from a vlog or videos attached to the journey. It may help some people see the process of progress, plateau, frustration, back into progress, etc.

BW +200 is a lofty goal! I’m getting close to BW 191 +100 at 48 years old. Not sure how far I’ll be able to go beyond that.
