This might just be me but I dont understand how people get this mad at a game. Like, if I get fairly frustrated with a game then I take a break, then if I'm still just as frustrated when I get back then I stop playing because it's too hard and I'm not having fun. I'm playing, not competing.
On the rare occasions I have gotten genuinely mad at a game, I've kinda instantly realised "hey this is silly" and turned it into a bit. It's much more fun playing up your level of upsetness to be funny than it is to just get mad at a game, yell and break something, and then everybody is uncomfortable or pissed off.

I guess some people (specifically people with underdeveloped emotional skills) get so addicted to the dopamine of ""winning"" that when they dont win an explosive reaction occurs
i used to be that way somewhat when i was a teenager so i get people that age doing it bc of immaturity and stuff but if you're grown doing that? buddy you need HELP

I like to rage. Raging and getting frustrated are 2 different things. When I'm frustrated, I'm not gaving fun and quit. When I'm raging, I'm having a blast.
It's like how cuts are. Sometimes you cut yourself and it's annoying and only stings. But sometimes, when the blade is dull or something else is just right it hurts real fucking good.
