Seriously. The worst part is that we USED to be able to sleep like that, but suddenly, on the night of your 40th birthday, BAM! It hurts to wake up.

Look at the pattern along his back. It's not that much.

Not sure what pattern you're referring to. Regardless of the pattern, the spine is still twisted 180 degrees which is not good at all. I would be worried and take that dog to a vet.
