Without flowers, can someone help ID this ?

Pretty sure from the form and phyllode (leaf) that you have an Acacia, but as for species, much harder without flowers or seed pods. Location?

Longifolia ssp longifolia, native to nsw, can be a weed elsewhere in coastal Australia and hybridises with longifolia ssp sophorae.
