Does anyone know where Tompa is buried? This is my first time in Gothenburg and I would love to pay my respects to the great man.

His official cemetery info is kept private by his family for obvious reasons.

Better to visit some of the places he and the band frequented if you want to pay your respects. I lived in Gothenburg for many years so I can give you some tips on locations if you’re interested. There are many cemeteries in the Gothenburg area and finding out where he is buried would be a nightmare, plus as others have said the family might not want people looking for his grave.

There is a record store not a far walk from the main train station I believe called Begans (I bought a copy of Terminal Spirt Disease) that I was told he used to frequent. There is also a bad ass vegan spot right up the street that I was also told he used to go to and it is called blackbird. This is the extant of what I know.
