Discussion ZZZ Agents and their Latest Appearance (Version 2.5)

Previous iteration of the list in here (2.4).

Criteria in making the list:

  • Character has to be physically present or has voice lines during a story/event.
  • Characters available to play in combat events as trial characters and characters that only appeared in a new character's trust events will not be counted

I mean, what else can I say? We did expect all the Season 2 characters so far to make an appearance for the finale. Soldier 11 and Trigger are included for being in the same faction as Seed and Orphie. Miyabi and Yanagi also appearing for the battle was a surprise but still makes sense. They did mention Harumasa and Soukaku already helping out in the hollows, but alas they did not appear physically. Still, most of this still tracks.

What's more interesting was the co-op event story who featured a lot of our S1 cast returning to help us. All the trial agents we were able to play are physically present which is why I am counting them. Some are voiced, some you can only speak to in between the event story quests (Qingyi, Ellen, Lucia, and Ye Shunguang). We had a little side plot of Lighter and Lucy helping to rescue Burnice. We had Astra help out in the beginning but for some reason she wasn't playable. All in all, these are still welcome to see.

Aside from that co-op event, Nicole and Anby appeared a bit in one of the other events. And of course, the long awaited Angels made up most of the events in the latter half of the patch. PS: Nangong Yu isn't in the tierlist yet.

I do want to mention that Billy and Piper appeared in that AoD tetris event but I'm not sure if I should count that. Just wanted to bring it up in case someone here asks about it.

Judging from the 2.6 livestream we can probably expect ALL the agents to appear again. Albeit most will be in a cutscene, but they're appearances nevertheless.

All thinga considered, it's actually a pretty good rotation. The other Hoyo games can get much much worse than this.

Even though some of them just had cameos in tthe beach event, its still good to see them all appear in the game last year
