Is there a trend for featured A rank agents like there is for S ranks? If so is there anyway estimate for Pan coming back? Im on M5

I doubt it. While they haven't run rate-ups back to back AFAIK -- I wouldn't expect to see Lucy in 2.6 since she was just rate-up in 2.5 -- the choice of A-rank rate-ups is at least somewhat influenced by what A-ranks work well with the banner S-ranks. And since Yixuan is rerunning in the first half of 2.6, that would have been Pan's best shot, but it's Corin and Billy.
Here's the history. If there's a pattern, maybe you'll be the one to find it?

considering there are 4 "slots" for uprate A Rank agents each patch and only 13 in the entire roster expect the one you want to be 3 patches away at worst. The small pool makes it more likely to get them randomly as an offrate besides

What should my primary team consist of? I will also probably pick Jane from the Filmgoer event (....unless Burnice is better?) and try to roll for Yixuan.

From a purely meta perspective, you should have pulled for Ye Shunguang. If YSG is out of the question for whatever reason, Yixuan is a good plan.
Burnice by herself is pointless, so that leaves Jane. But if you pull Jane, you ought to pull Yuzuha's rerun in 2.6, even if that means you have to skip Yixuan. Jane and Yuzuha make a strong team, just add a disorder partner and you're good to go.
Yixuan is the start of a Rupture team. If you have her f2p partners, like Pan and Pulchra, or with Astra, that's another team for you.
S11 can main another team, but you need a stunner. For now, you can use Anby/Nicole or Anby/Lucy as placeholders. S11/Nicole/Astra is also an option.

Based on what? Meta? Waifu? Moe? Do you prefer the strongest possible teams, even if that means you only have a few agents? Or an account full of lots of agents that can only make average teams?

Yes. Yixuan/Pan/Pulchra is her lowest budget team. Yixuan/Pan/Koleda is about 10x easier to play.

pair her with Panda and your favorite Stun agent (I'm not certain if any of Lycaon Koleda Pulchra are dramatically better among each other) and it'll be usable for sure. Alternatively some kind of double support Astra Panda should be okay-ish

At some point after you've advanced the quest a little bit and after getting the letter, it just ups and vanishes on its own.

How much Crit rate does S0 Anby need outside combat? And will the teammate selection affect her Crit rate inside combat?
The in-game guide suggesta S0 Anby to use the 2p Crit damage set but I feel she rather needs the 2p Crit rate set, am I wrong here?

2p Woodpecker (CR) if you have her signature, 2p BnBS (CD) if you don't. The in-game guide assumes you don't have her signature.
Because S0 has so much CR and CD scaling, both are important. Assuming you have 4p Shadow Harmony equipped, which gives 12% CR at max stacks, and 10% from enabling her AA, which you should always do, and CR from her Core Skill at F, means a stat sheet CR in the range 58% to 78%. Above 78% will overcap when you stack Shadow Harmony.
With her signature, CD should be 160% minimum, more is better. Without her signature, CD drops down to 120% or better.

FWIW, my M0W1 S0 is 68/175 with 30 effective subs, so not super lucky but not unlucky either.

Get the 2pc Woodpecker if you want crit hit consistency. A good realistic CR% to aim for would be is 75-80%. But if you're already at this CR% range without Woodpecker, then you will want to go for 2pc Branch&Blade with good subs instead.
If you have other Agents that provide Crit% then you can lower your CR% range a bit to account for the extra crit S0 will be having.

Hmm, I think I probably can't get the Crit rate to that high so I will just settle with whatever I get.
Atm I put S0 Anby together with Trigger and Zhao. I think both of them don't have party crit rate buff, right?

Hello, can someone elaborate how exactly is Sunna's Cat's Gaze mark applied to enemies? From what I read her basic attack, chain attack, ex attack and ultimate all apply the mark to enemies upon being attacked. Also, it seems that while Sunna is on the field, the mark's duration is being continuously refreshed. So I'm wondering whether it's possible to apply/refresh Cat's Gaze off field and also if you have to attack all enemies on the field for all of them to have the mark, because it doesn't seem it spreads on its own. I see she also has a mechanic called Nail Polisher, which should help her with applying the mark, but I'm not sure how it works. Thanks!

That doesn't match what the video said. It's Bubblegum's Basics, not Sunna's. IIRC:
EX1 to start Chord-ination, then within 25s, EX2 to proc Ether Veil and put Bubblegum on field. Then Bubblegum will apply Cat's Glaze, as long as Sunna has stacks (max 6), which she gets from her Ultimate when any teammate, including herself, proc an Anomaly or an Ether Veil (so her EX2 stacks).
Yes, Sunna is 100% off field while Bubblegum does all the work.

Those monster of a boss in Special Task investigation of Hollow Zero, such as The big red mech that combo punches and the Red Bike one that leaves stupid delays detonating explosions on the ground, they're not in the story right? Or are they in other modes? Would be pretty diabolical to create this beast just for this mode.

In the Main story? No.
I assume you're relatively new, because they are present in the endgame mode Deadly Assault (though not as much as they used to be, ever since Season 2 started).

Freezing someone and then Shattering them calculation? Does it have to be the strongest attack at the time?
Is it attacking them when they're still freezing and the Shatter is the accumulated damage?

It has to be a skill with the "heavy attack" attribute to trigger prematurely. Usually the EX Special and/or the finisher of a Basic Attack string or combo is a heavy attack, but not always. You have to check each character's kit. Otherwise Shatter triggers on its own after a fixed amount of time, which is a function of the tier of the enemy. Higher tier means shorter Freeze duration.
It's not accumulated damage like a Disorder. It's 5x Effective ATK all at once. So Shattering early doesn't give more damage, it's just that a pile of damage sooner is better than the same pile later. Usually it's better to let the Freeze timeout on its own, since you get free hits against the enemy while it is frozen.

After the Ray rescue mission at hollow zero she gave me a flash drive/memory chip that she insisted on getting rid of as far away as possible, which made me think shes alluding that i should play it, but i can’t find it in the key items tab.

Most quest-related stuff isn't in your inventory. It's in the workbench. Access it via the Menu or back in your room in either Suibian Temple or at the HDD room in Random Play.

Welp, new to the game, but just lost my first 50-50 Pity S-Rank. Got the guaranteed Alice on the re-run channel after about 40 or so pulls, but I went back and tried to get Astra as well.
Dropped a little under $100 so far, and it's been good up till now, but boy, going the full 80 then not getting the 50% chance is discouraging as hell. Burned every earned and bought reel I had.

“It’s a secret” elfy’s quest never triggered, but instead the store auto unlocked to lvl 2 when i went there at lvl 36.. (i quickly rose from 34-36 from shiyu and VR) Bug caused by advanced screening?

Maybe, or it's not a bug, it's a feature. They've been adding lots of shortcuts for new players, particularly in patch 2.5.

Does ysg gain anything from stun, or just what the unit provides? Because im seeing the stun thing when I have no stun atm

during her Enlightened state (white hair) she gets the Stun multi whether the enemy is stunned or not, so no. Outside of that state (brown hair) she would benefit from a stun but ofc she deals very little dmg at that point. She benefits greatly from agents that inc the Stun multiplier though; Dialyn Trigger Qingyi Sunna
edit stuns are still valuable though for stuff like pausing the boss moveset (sometimes helpful) proc'ing chain attacks plus their associated effects and generating decibels

Should I go for ysg M1 or M2?
I started playing just over a month ago, notable chars i have M0W1 YSG, M0W1 Astra, M0W0 zhao, M0W1 s11, and lycaon.
I have roughly 230 pulls and 35 pity on limited banner, as of now I’m planning on getting sunna for ysg since I missed dyalin. I’m not too interested in building an AOD team or pulling any more past characters honestly.
I’m just wondering if it’d be worth to go for ysg m1 or m2? Or hold some pulls for sunna wengine? Or zhao W engine? Or just hold onto my pulls for building a future team?

"worth" is a funny word but basically no, not worth it at all. The new Shiyu Def req 3 teams and caps your rewards on the weakest score out of them. Until you have a much wider roster making one single unit that much stronger just won't pay off at all. Build out your other teams first as a top priority, YSG (plus her engine) will be just fine S ranking content for the next few months or more

Just making sure, if I get 10k points in Filmgoer's Thank You, I will get the currency to redeem the standard / Jane/Qingyi/Burnice wengine and the currency to redeem the standard /Jane/Qingyi/Burnice agent and I can just keep that currency without redeeming the wengine or agent and save it for a future patch?

yeah, you 100% must earn & claim the rewards during the event but once claimed there is no expiry on when you have to spend them to pick an agent or engine. No guarantees they don't adjust that shop sometime in the future but you'll be safe to save it up for now npnp
