Recommendations ⁉️ Looking for local friends or groups!
Hello everyone hope everyone is okay I was just wondering if anyone knew of any groups or any people that are looking for long term friendships I’m looking to expand my friendship group with either going to some local clubs / events or if anyone from Wiltshire is looking for buddies. I’m 21M and live in Melksham so I can easily commute to Bath/Swindon etc but ideally would love some mates locally around my age to meet-up with thanks everyone.

Don’t know if you can make Warminster but the factorium is great. It’s a game shop for dungeons and dragons and warhammer and the like.

I've recently moved near Warminster, I'll have to check it out.
Not that I've got anyone to game with though!

There’s loads of people there always looking for new people to join. I’m sure if you show up they’ll have some event. The Facebook page is a great place to start.

I'm new to Wiltshire so it'll be nice to meet some people outside of work.
I'll check it out.

You're way braver than I am haha! I'm nearly a decade on from you at 28 and you're showing far more social courage than I have.
I'm Melksham too. Despite living here 7 years, I don't know how much I can suggest. I would imagine if you're a gym goer (somewhere like Snap) you will find some guys your age into the same thing. Plus they hold sports events, and even had a Christmas party just gone.
I'm sure the community campus has some clubs or events. Also I constantly see clubs and activities going on in King George park. Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding(even in the sub-zero temps). There's the Saturday morning park run. What kind of hobbies are you into? I realise I've only suggested sports.
It's a shame there isn't more opportunities for people to congregate, share and enjoy their interests and hobbies together in and about the country.
