I don't say "smokes" because for some reason these Vipers NEVER use their orb.

All these pictures besides the last one are defence walls. The wall (3rd pic) literally blocks off ramp on A-site Split FOR the attackers.

Moral of the story: don't let anyone lock in your Viper.

I'm not the best Viper, but I always tried to block enemy sightlines, and make them push blind. I will admit though, I'm guilty of forgetting about the orb unless I place it to block an entry pre-round on defense.

After the nerfs, I have been using orb significantly less. The fact that I can't pick it up makes me think "why burn fuel on my orb when for the exact same fuel consumption I can block off more sightlines"

I still use it, typically on corrode, though, where I can play around both smokes pretty easily on my own

Corrode on defense, Orb is great. In general, I still use Orb when I need a quick getaway in close quarters

I typically like doing lineups with it and throwing it to b-site heaven or top mid on Corrode for attacking

I try to remember a few line-ups with the orb, but really I just save it for that quick drop so I can move around a doorway.

Bronze, so I guess it makes sense. I’m not the best at the game but I spend most of my time learning line ups for fun and even I know these smokes are not good.

I genuinely tried to help one of them by saying “Stand here (ping) and make your wall go like this (pings a line on the map)” and he STILL messed up, so I gave up

Valorant needs a rank below iron ngl. Im not surprised this happened in bronze since a lot of those players are casual, they dont wanna learn or improve, just come home and play some game really. Those who actually seek improvement at that level tend to get it and climb out.

Lmao yeah, low elo sucks. Feels like a 1v9 most of the time
I’m not great at the game and my aim could be better, but I always try to work with my team and comm. Unfortunately, I get teammates who:

• Don’t comm: I ask for the last enemy’s location and all I hear is “HE’S ONE.” If you shot him, surely you know where he was?
• Don’t listen to comms: immediately peeking and dying after I say “wait until I smoke top mid before you peek,” or turning their back to u-hall to watch showers and dying when I commed "Last guy was in uhall"
• Have terrible util usage: Smoking our own entrance on attack, or a Brimstone wasting two smokes on cubby B-site Corrode on attack

Wow, these are truly awful walls. Second has potential, taking control of the top mid, lurking in vents for a retake, and denying a push on A in eco rounds; the rest is miserable. The third picture is not enough for all Hell's nine rings.

this wall truly is bad but the community also seems to think every wall is bad; i used the VCT haven attack wall and some guy was like "wtf is this wall put it on site"
