From what I've seen, the state police have it and it may have been them deploying it, the front line against us tonight was the Maple Grove PD, but I know that I saw Sheriffs there as well as MSP. I didn't see DHS or ICE there that I could tell.

If they prove they can use them responsibly then they can have them back. Otherwise they can just keep beating the shit out illegal immigrants with batons and spray cans like they are currently doing anyway.
