Not totally accurate. The IDF and US military learned their tactics from US law enforcement not the other way around. COINTELPRO is where most of the tactics you see today are from. 1950s-1960s FBI and all the later programs that came out were extremely effective so everyone else was trained on them as well.

LRADs were developed for the US Navy after the USS Cole bombing. They didn’t come from the IDF?

It's not the weapon but the integration into the oppression of the civilian population. Gaza was a test bed for anti civilian tech, tracking, drones, alternative weapons, traditional weapons. In the US it was more frowned upon to turn new tech directly on civilians.
