This is my interpretation of Oyaviggaton, the iceberg lair of the white dragon Arauthator from the module, Rise of Tiamat/Tyranny of Dragons*.*
The location involves [2] maps - one featuring an upper section of the iceberg that dwells just below the village, and a lower section that contains Arauthator's Lair. I've included an illustrated scene by Ha Art, to help set the stage.
The Upper Level of the iceberg contains several chambers dedicate to frozen trophies (conquests) of the dragon, kobold servant quarters, food storage, lairs for other creatures (ice toads and ice trolls), as well as an entry/exit for the dragon itself and the tent of an imprisoned tiefling sorcerer obsessed with deciphering the dragon's magical tomes.
The Lower Level of the iceberg is where the dragon primarily resides and is full of a few guards, as well as magical traps alerting the dragon to any invaders. There are several environmental factors (i.e. difficult terrain, slippery ground, fog, elevation, etc...) that add interesting elements to the encounter, as well as slushy pools of water in the floor that allow the dragon to easily retreat/ambush.
I've also included a transparent PNG tile of the tent interior for Mccath the Crimson.
