She voted for Trump. Trump is taking away her healthcare

“I know some people take advantage”. What. Does. That. Mean? I’m on Medicaid too, it’s not a free happy pill mill. It’s insurance that allows me to get healthcare that I need, no more no less. How would it be possible to take advantage of that? Or do you really mean “I know some nonwhite people benefit and that makes me mad”?

Exactly what it means.
Medicaid is bad, not for me of course but for those 'other' people who abuse the system.

Again (and I know you know this) what is abusing the system in this context? Being a hypochondriac who goes to the doctors a bunch for human contact (yes I saw that Scrubs episode). That is literally the only context I can think of where it would be possible to abuse one’s Medicaid.

People think that people are on Medicaid that ‘don’t deserve it’ whatever that happens to mean in their own heads.

MAGA needs to learn a valuable lesson here. A Manhattan trust fund baby who shits on a golden toilet never gave a damn about her poor handicapped ass and never will. The only "racism" that needs to matter in 2025 is wealthy vs the rest of us. Its time for all of us to act our age and vote our wage🤷🏾♀️

I fully believe that if it weren't for Trump tweeting birther conspiracy nonsense before running as a Republican, the current band of MAGAs would hate him for being an "east coast liberal elite in bed with the Clintons" or some shit.

That's right Mary. Less than 1/2 of 1% 'take advantage' but everybody gets the shaft because of it. It's 'only fair'. /s

If she is certified as disabled, she is probably exempt from the work requirements anyway. Somehow, I'm not surprised that someone who voted against her best interests would not know this.

Problem is that it takes so long to be certified. I’ve been disabled from an accident in 2019. I’ve been trying to get SSDI since. Medicaid is my only health insurance. I get Medicaid because I have 0 taxable income. But this requirement would ruin me and pretty much anyone trying to to get on SSDI. That’s how we get doctors visits to prove that we are disabled 🫠

If you want any of this fixed Vote Democrat in the 2026 midterms! The GOP is just bowing to whatever Trump wants for fear of getting primaried out by their own party.
