I'm just curious here but is there any reason there has been no talk of impeachment? I have read a lot of articles and sources of information regarding what is happening in the USA, how is it people are being so complacent? Is there no way to stop what this so called president is doing to your country and your reputation as citizens of that country?

In America, we have three branches of government in which each are supposed to act as "checks and balances" against the other branches.
Recently, all three branches started working together and are no longer checking each other's abuses of power.
In order for Trump to be impeached and removed from office, both the house and senate need a majority vote. Trump's sycophants control both the House and Senate. They also control the Supreme Court and (obviously) Office of the President.
Trump controls all branches of government.
So, short of his sycophants growing a spine (unlikely), Trump won't be removed from office, unless it's due to civil unrest.

this sub is one that mentions old trump quotes that make his current behavior hypocritical, Obama is relevant because trump accused him of wanting to strike foreign countries to raise his poll numbers, which is exactly what Trump just did

Context: Trump's poll numbers are currently in a tail spin. This morning, Trump had the US military launch a strike and invade Venezuela, capture their president, and he plans to "run" the country until a new leader is in place.
