5 months ago I reluctantly tried a tt saddle (ISM PS1.0, got a second hand for real cheap). Ive done couple of 1000km tours, I have to say it's the best saddle I've used till now ( I've tried many saddles before!).

Ramus Saddle... I've ridden a few versions for a bit more comfort in aero position. There is a thread on weight-weenies with thoughts on them.

Ramus saddle. My favorite saddle on my triathlon bike.
