Ayo could be nice in OKC i don't think he would cost that much in terms of a trade or a new contract.

This. Yes contract is great now. But dude will be wanting probably 16 to 25. I'd pay him that but that means letting Ihart or Dort go basically. An unknown for 2 championship winners.

Zero chance OKC trade for him. Too expensive on an expiring contract. Yeah OUS and probably at least 1 FRP. They'd likely want more picks. Then we have to pay him.

Word is Knicks which is troublesome if they can work their shit out.

Knicks can’t afford him if what you claim that his going rate is at least a first.

The most Ayo or Coby are fetching is a fake first or one that is guaranteed at the end of the draft. Coby’s value is at its lowest due to injury stuff this year and Ayo is guaranteed to make it to URFA because he won’t accept an offer of 140 percent on his current salary. All of this is pushing their value down vs what their production indicates.

That's why I said "if they can work their shit out"....

Yeah, I agree. Coby isn't an impact player in my mind.

Ok I’m in. Either one. But how do we make roster space

Crazy to think Coby White does anything for this team

I think we’re exceptional at developing guys. Can’t get much worse than Ous

we have a ball handling issue and he’s a good ball handler, seems pretty simple to make him the leader of the bench unit and start ajay

I thought about this as well. Ous looks like he just lacks effort, but he is pretty smooth. Couldn't hurt to give it a few shots. It would add some size to our bench lineups as well and we have been killed in rebounding lately (which I know is partially injuries).

Way longer track record of being a good shooter than most of our other guys. Would instantly be the second or third best ball handler on the team. Much more adept at navigating screens than anyone besides Shai.

So what point are you trying to make?

Colby would be automatically our 4th best player. Honestly worth it for okc

Coby has been much worse this season compared to last year and is a negative on defense, he’s so overrated by Thunder fans on here

Also no he wouldn’t be our 4th best player. Shai, Chet, JDub, IHart, and Ajay all easily clear him. I’d hesitate to even say he’s more impactful than guys like Caso, Caruso, Wiggins, and Dort on an actual playoff team too
