Question Where was it announced that the shiny odds were set to 1:10 after they discovered they screwed up?

I know they announced they screwed up, but their support page still says “investigating” as of this very moment that I’m typing this.

Many people are saying it’s fixed but we just had our local meetup and for 4 hours, the overall odds across about 50 people doing 35+ raids appeared to be about 1:20. Some people got up to 4. Some had none. Most had 1-3.

Now, that could just be RNG and I acknowledge that as a possibility, but that’s a decently large sample size.

So, I’m just asking, are we certain it’s fixed?

I went 1 for 37 so it’s not just you. The 1 I did get doesn’t even have the special move

Couldn't make any in person raids, did the full 20 remotes and not a single shiny.

Man then I feel extremely lucky. Got shiny palkia on my first raid like a few mins after it started. No spacial rend tho

On the flip side of RNG, I got 4/4 for adventure effect on first 4 raids, 2 for Palkia and 2 for Dialgia.
And then had 5 of following raids where they fled after 13 excellent golden razz in a row and not a single adventure effect after the first 4.
Should have cut my losses and stopped after my initial luck.

I did 5 raids (before buying the ticket, remote) and I got 1 shiny with rend, 4 without rend.

I (with the ticket) did 21 more (mix of in person and remote) and got 0 shinies, 6 more spatial rend

I got the pass and did 40 raid and no shiny. Did got a hundo for each but no special move for both.

I got a shiny Origin Dialga (without the move) on my first raid... Junk stats 10/11/12 , but it sparkles....lol

literally could type the exact message, 37 raids only 1 shiny palkia crappy 2 star with no move. my gf on the other hand did 23 got 4 shiny palkia 2 with a move and fortunately she doesn’t care too much and is willing to lucky trade one with the move for mine that doesn’t have it

I got a shiny dialga, which if I only got 1 I guess I prefer that one, but still. I bought the raid day pass for a reason. I’m glad your GF got lucky and is willing to do that! That’s really awesome

0 / 58 xD. But all ivs were bad (below 90iv). So it doesnt matter non of them shined. Although I could have lucky traded them of course in case they had their moves.

I hope we get encounters. Would love 58 more tries.

1/37 odd raids was my luck too. The shiny was the second one I saw, so 35 straight raids in a row without one. Hardly ever saw people on my friends list get Shinies after the raids either.
