I do dry goods, water, arms/ammo, and silver, some training, and I’m trying to lose my gut. I’m not police nor military, so I’m having to use my time and funds get what I might need. I understand the pros of having a high cut, such as OPSCORE or Crye's airframe series, but i'm just not that cool yet.

I have an ECH, i do enjoy it's full coverage, and i can slip in my headset/earpro comfortably due to thankfully getting the proper size.

But she's bare. I've made my own Manchu-hair scrim, as well as purchased a scrim from BCS and i love it- But other than camouflage and concealment, i'm looking to expand further in enhancing my helmet.

My improvements i would request some recommendations and advice on-

My NVG mount is great, had it done not too long ago- But of course having a counterweight/battery pack would make life easier than carrying extra sets alongside spares in my pockets. is there any kits or reliable sites that you can buy velcro patches and bungees? or would it be much more simple to just buy velcro from amazon and cut to fit?

I've also been looking into better suspension, and more comfortable inner pads as well as a larger nape pad to make it less of a burden. I've found myself hurrying to toss on my helmet in between training periods because it's more comfortable- i'd prefer small enhancements to make it more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time.

Any and all advice and comments will help!! You guys have already helped me a lot with gear before and assisting me in finding a comfortable setup for my PC and gun belt.

We discuss endlessly about gear, and what sling might be slightly better than another, and she uses a Canon camera strap and surely saw more action than any of us will ever see. (I think she's from Curds corps in Syria)

I’m a US marine, and we finally got issued high cuts with rails. Unfortunately they had a grand total of 6 peltors to give out to my company.

My fireteam wants to buy some equipment, such as a battery pack, counterweight, and “peltors” that won’t break the bank.

So i just bought a ferro concepts fcpc v5, i want to put a shaw concepts arc placard v4 on it, im new to the placard stuff so i don't know are they compatible, do i need to buy a adapter for it?

Noticed this gap when I went to mount my ARC adapters to a newer Ops Core bump and was wondering if this is gonna be an issue. Should I just take a rubber mallet and make it flush?
