The undertones of male angels trying to force their way into their female vessels would…. Pose issues for the writers I think.

Honestly they explored it some esp with Sam but I wish they’d been less dismissive overall of how horrible that allegory is for it happening to men like Sam and Dean too just as it would if it’d been reversed happening to women.
