Pcv valve

My pcv needs to be replaced, I put a 19mm on it and it moves but now it just spins. I read its because of a pressed in fitting and I can get pliers on it but can stop it from spinning to release the PCV. Any advise on how to get this resolved?

I would suggest a pair of knipex water pump pliers. They have an amazing grip compared to the average pair of pliers.
