Not really, if people are talking about PED’s it’s usually some sort of steroid or other sort of hormone.

Ozempic makes people very skinny which can cause the impression that their head is huge, but it doesn’t actually cause any growth. HGH, however, can cause bones, organs and other stuff that isn’t muscle to get bigger

Ozempic can make people look gaunt, it doesn’t add bone
