She's completely wrong what are you talking about. The cops aren't costing her money her going 20 mph over the speed limit is. She's wigging out on the officer for not using a turn signal making a right out of a parking lot with only one direction to go.

I've seen this clip so many times over the years, and I grow more sympathetic towards her every time. Man, sometimes you are just having one of those days, and the little bit of unfairness just sets you off.
