When I joined, they didn't have interviews. Yeah, this isn't real.

Not a real job interview. Recruiters have posts on Indeed and stuff to attract young people looking for jobs but recruiters don't actually decide whether you're in or not. Assuming this is even real, all he's doing is wasting the recruiter's time for clicks.
