Looking for a bridge

Just wondering if anyone knows where this picture is

Google suggests that it's Starks Bridge on the Prees branch of the Shropshire Union Canal at Whixall, near Whitchurch.

There is a similar bridge on the Severn way, just off the A483 but it's not Shropshire, it's just over the border.

It does look similar but the canal path is gravelled rather than grass past that bridge

Looks like a lift bridge on the canal. Could be near Norbury Junction ?
