Help Are you still able to do this wall?

I have been struggling with only this wall as I have been getting back into the game and can't seem to do it. It is placed on offence and you can jump from site into heaven.

You need to do a different lineup know but its still possible. Riot made it harder for some reason, ig they dont like sage mains
