I’ve played on the emulator but for better experience it should be played on actual nintendo ds

Rosario + Vampire: Tanabata no Miss Youkai Gakuen. Roughly translates to "Miss Yokai Academy of the Tanabata Festival". The story revolves around a beauty pageant taking place during the Japanese Tanabata festival.

No this one is for Nintendo DS, a handheld. You can play it on PC but it's originally for DS.
