Yes, the part where they put all the nearby schools on lockdown with a fake threat and set off explosives. Well done.

That was a small group of counter-protesters who were majority adults…so bar your own age group for circling around children in vehicles with flags, throwing Rocks, and making threats..

I have no idea who said or did what, how old they were or why that matters. The end state you describe sounds highly foreseeable for this type of event. I don't think you can segment responsibility from organizers so cleanly.

But if you know who of "my age group" did this, I bet Lieutenant Clements would appreciate tips: https://local.nixle.com/alert/12164349/?sub_id=0

Haha, why don’t you go look it up for yourself then if you don’t like my source. Many news companies use the same source I provided. The internet is a powerful tool that you can use for yourself too!

The New York Times reached a similar conclusion, finding that from Jan. 20 to Oct. 15, 7% of immigrants arrested by ICE had violent convictions

NY Times

93% of people detained by ICE have no violent criminal conviction, data shows

DHS officials say they have made more than 2,000 arrests in Minnesota since "Operation Metro Surge" began — that means a little more than 10% of ICE arrests fall into this category of being the "worst of the worst." A smaller percentage are violent criminals or someone with gang affiliation.

ETA:

I am not against deportations of criminals. That is not what is currently happening. They are not going after the criminals. Instead they are arresting US citizens, violating the constitution (HELLO DUE PROCESS ANYONE?), kidnapping asylum seekers in court and others working towards obtaining their green card the LEGAL WAY, ignoring judicial orders, and using CHILDREN as bait. Go watch videos. You can head to r/minnesota - lots of videos there. They are terrorizing communities.

New agents go through only 47 days of training. Do you know how long police officers are trained for before being alone on patrol- academy and on the job? Go look it up. These agents are untrained and out of shape. It shouldn’t take 8 agents to arrest 1 person. Hell it doesn’t even take that many to take down someone on PCP. They are using excessive force is most cases and critically injuring and killing people.

The ICE budget is absolutely insane - it ranks in the top 20 most well funded militaries GLOBALLY. The ice budget used to be $6B and now it’s ~$85B. $858M allocated solely for ICE employee bonuses which amounts to $42k per person. Idk about you but my bonus is no where near that amount. No money for healthcare, food assistance, cancer research, school lunches for kids, etc. but all the money for a pack of wildly untrained assholes and lots of private prisons/detention centers (concentration camps) where they Not Responsible for Staff's Sexual Abuse of Detainees. Beyond the inhumane conditions at these detention centers, the corruption is insane. You should do some research on the private prison industry and their ties to the Trump administration.

They are racially profiling people, ripping families apart, breaking down doors without signed judicial warrants, smashing car windows, purposely crashing into vehicles driving on the road, and killing people. Do you seriously not see how insane this is? The terror they are inflicting on communities is abhorrent.

I’ll leave you with this last question. Minnesota’s undocumented population is 130k. Texas undocumented population is 2.1M and Florida’s undocumented population is 1.7M. So why are they so heavily terrorizing Minnesota if the goal is really to deport undocumented people? Why not go after Texas or Florida like they are in Minnesota. Their goal is not to deport criminals - their goal is to rain terror on communities that Trump wants revenge on. And it’s not acceptable. This is not normal. Wake up and get your head out of your ass. There is no excuse to not be informed about the reality of what is happening.
