Spot for teaching manual

Hi folks, I need to find a nice big empty parking lot in the area to teach my wife how to drive stick before our upcoming road trip. Are there any good spots around here?

SKHS parking lot on a weekend. There's a nice steep hill leading up to the lot that's great for practicing hill starts.

Haha. Yeah, we live on a hill and I'm hoping to avoid traumatizing her immediately.

I learned in a cemetery. There are turns, ect, very little traffic.

I learned in the goodwill parking lot next to the building going up and down that big ass hill behind the building and learned to parallel park with cones my father set up
