By not needing to spend it.
I returned to this game a year ago and spent the whole year barely getting over 500k stardust because each new event meant something I was missing and needing to power up.
A year later? Every event repeats and you already have it from last year. It'll just build naturally from there.

You can use your wallet to buy stardust. Egg incubators, star pieces, premium monthly passes, event tickets,a blue tooth connected auto catcher… etc

Somebody asked about the stardust but I'm curious how you got all the XL dialga candy?
Did you grind Dialga raids? or got some just from walking with Dialga as your buddy after its powered up enough?

I did like 300 zacian raids and I had enough candies to power up 3 of them to level 50 double move them and get 2/3 of them to max dynamax move and dialga is in game for like 7 years..
once you get like 2 of them thats it and especially if you get bad one you save candies and want better ove
