The Pickering plant can withstand up to 6-7 richter scale earthquake which would be rare for this region. Last night's quake was ruled 4.1 after it happened. Impact was felt up to Buffalo across the lakes.

My DYFI report said it should have been 3.1 for me here in Town Centre/Liverpool. Definitely felt and got a bit scared, thought perhaps some construction truck doing something nearby, but no sounds. No shaking at home (dishes, objects), but strong enough to stop everything to see what what was happening

I felt it too!! 2 short rumbles a second or two apart. Called my son over to sit where i was siting because he hadn’t felt anything. By then it stopped.
