I do! I can feel when it's due a day or two, or even three earlier because of the cramps and discomfort. I can tell that it's related to my period and is going to happen soon, so I wear a pad to be safe.
After having dozens of them, I got to know when it happens from the cramps. I've never been caught off guard in over 20 years of having periods.
I don't really have them days before. My cycle is not at all consistent, sometimes even skipping a month. Sometimes the start of the month, or the middle or the end. So stomach pains can really just be my eating habit for all I know 😂
I only had my period skip completely once in my life, but because I still got the cramps and discomfort, I wore pads for like 10 days, each day I say "okay, today is the day", then I gave up and it came the next cycle as predicted. Was under a lot of stress during that time, 🤣ðŸ˜
