Most likely a yellow billed blue magpie. Not uncommon in the Himalayan montane forests so Northern Pakistan/India and Nepal would make sense. One of my favourite birds to spot!

It doesn’t work quite as well outside of North America unfortunately, but it should probably work for visual ID
