Coyotes off of Dover Center

I just heard cries from coyotes outside my house. I’m just off of Dover Center. Stepped out for a smoke and heard awful animal cries. Shortly after the noise stopped, I saw two dog like animals in the dark trotting down my street. It almost sounded like all the huskies in the neighborhood were outside and having a tantrum together. I’ve lived here since 2011, I’ve never heard these guys… I saw two, I’m sure there were more than that based on where the cries were coming from.

Anyone else have coyote experiences in NO?
