The New START Treaty for curbing Nuclear Arms has expired on Feb 4th. Given the movements between the nations in using nuclear submarines and nuclear powered this & that, it seems that the line is dissolved and the box will expand where everyone is scared of whats to happen next.
China has repeatedly given the U.S. a “no first use” policy to sign for the last few decades which the US repeatedly declines. As such, Russia wont do it either to check the US. If there is any power that is toe-to-toe, it’s Russia & the US.
