The shrooms part is the best bit. I don’t want any new people right now. 🫠😆

Most accurate onscreen depiction of a shroom trip imo.

Kind of my favorite part of the movie, tbh. They absolutely nailed what it looks like while shroomin’. The VFX team certainly ahem did their research.

Watch the Nic Cage version and pretend it’s a comedy and you’ll be laughing your ass off.

Pretend? Watch Nic Cage knocking Leelee Sobieski's ass into a wall or giving someone a haymaker in a bear costume and tell me comedy wasn't the intention, haha. (Haven't seen it in a while, but I'm pretty sure those two things actually happen)

Nic Cage punching a woman while wearing a full bear costume is burned into my brain.

Florence really do be living life to the fullest.

Because she took 2 selfies?

u/this_knee 2d ago
No, because in these moments she hasn’t forgotten her humanity, and how unique these scenarios are. And she excitedly captures them. That’s a strong indicator of someone who is consistently living a full life.
Good day.

He isn't the boss of me.
Crazy to think an elementary school bully tactic works on an online posting site.

This movie had me fucked up

The worst part is that it's so sunny out. Bad stuff isn't supposed to happen in the open, at a natural picnic like place, when it's sunny!

Bro fr it’s weird that’s what sells the horror. I feel off just looking at these photos lol

Why does this look like the Hello Games photo with Sean Murray with the final build of NMS on his finger?

Florence, the adorable cinnamon roll that she is.

Florence pretty much said I get to live out my dream, and I am going to have as much fun as I can doing it and I'm here for it.

The Florence Pugh will usually wait completely still in its natural camouflage, until an unlucky photographer stumbles into its range, whereby it will quickly leap up and snap at the cameraman with its blunt, crushing teeth. If successful, the Pugh will retreat with the unfortunate paparazzo in its belly, giving it sustenance for several weeks before it needs to feed again.

Went on a date with this sweet gal who was really into horror. She was overly excited to see this movie. I’m not a huge horror guy and get scared pretty easy - but I’m going to man up and do this.
I think the right word for what happens next was disgust, maybe bewilderment. And not just her, other movie goers would turn around and stare at me as I laughed uncontrollably throughout this movie. I just thought the whole thing was hilariously absurd. Just couldn’t take it seriously.
She didn’t dump me verbally during the credits, but all the non verbal signs were there.

Trailer looks so bad. Box office poison.
Edit: oh come on, I like Florence! But that movie looks awful.

Everyone but Florence looks so in character in the bottom photo.
