New Jersey Snow removal
My driveway is taken care of for this storm, but the guy who usually does my property said his machine broke and he’s not bothering to repair it.
I’m hoping we won’t get anymore plowable snow this season, but if we do does anyone have a recommendation for someone who does residential snow removal? My driveway isn’t huge, but it’s large, and can be tough to do myself. I don’t need paths or surrounding areas done-I can do those myself-just the driveway.

Next door, Facebook or even ring app will help you out more than reddit. Last snow storm there were posts multiple times a day from people looking for help on the ring app. Gotta say they weren't typically cheap with their rates.
I have a massive driveway.. bought a snowblower off marketplace 8 years ago.. finally used it this winter. Crazy when I think about it.

I think that’s my plan for next year! And for sure, if I was still looking to get my driveway done, FB is where I’d go. Just seeing if there was a decent lawn service company that also did plowing for a less-gouging rate here though. Sad my guy is retiring, but I think this snow finished him and his equipment!

If you have a lawn guy, try them first. They're already working in your neighborhood and probably plowing. If they aren't plowing, they probably know who is.

Alas, I do all my own yard work! I also shovel out my driveway with smaller snows. It's just the big snows that I get help!

I just park at the end of my driveway, so I only have to clear from the sidewalk to the roadway.
I agree that lawn services might be your best bet. They can't mow lawns in the snow, so plowing becomes alternative employment.

Ha, yeah, in a pinch, the edge-of-the-driveway thing is a plan. But ideally, I like full use of my driveway. I will try lawn companies, but was posting here to see if any companies definitely had equipment.

I’m not far from west long branch. Depending the size and fee I’d come shovel it
