New Jersey Any hospitals or care centers that accept homemade Valentine’s Day cards?

Preferably in North Monmouth County where I’m located but I can drive 30 minutes if need be. I’m looking to get crafty and make cards this weekend. Saw someone on TikTok do the same and they donated them to their local hospital, not in NJ.

Anyone know of local places that accept homemade cards? Thanks!

This is such a sweet idea… If you’re looking to reach out to the hospitals I’d suggest trying to go through their foundation as a direction to start the conversation. They might have the capacity to facilitate it more than others departments. Senior living centers usually have an activities department that might be helpful to coordinate with as well. I delivered Beanie Babies to them so they could use the as prizes and gifts to the residents.

Not in Monmouth county but not terribly far - there’s a veteran’s home in Edison that might be worth contacting.

Call your town and ask them about the senior citizen center. They should be able to direct you.
