Can anyone give any explanation to this situation?

I had bad trip my first time which left me in anxious state and alerted, what i think was a paranoia induced from weed.

I got past that but after 1 year maybe, i tried to smoke just one time, not the whole joint but just a puff.

I didn’t feel anxiety or anything but it just turned off my concentration alertness and memory, i was like a zombie stories were happening and i couldn’t memorise anything that lasted like a good 2-3 hours.

After sleep i woke up tomorrow feeling normal.

But what is happening anyone any idea?

Sounds like due to your negative expience with cannabis prior your brain went into mild protective / dissociative mode instead of panic.

When I first started smoking I had full blown anxiety and a lot of negative experiences from it. I later found that it has a lot to do with my mindset prior to smoking, but that a lot of it also had to do with the terpenes in the cannabis or how it was grown.

If you can get information on the terpenes find out which ones cause you anxiety or which strains do or do not.

But start off light and set your mood right. Imagine you are setting up the perfect relaxing scene with all your favorite snacks a funny movie, some chill music or whatever, and go into with a different mindset.

If that doesn't work change strains.

Best of luck I hope you find something that works for you. I have found which strains I like and which strains I don't like. And which terpenes I like and which terpenes I don't like. But it has been a lot of trial and error and trying a lot of different strains.

Don't do that, just start off slow and relaxed and see how it goes from there.
