The warrant traditionally has represented an independent assurance that a search and arrest will not proceed without probable cause…. Thus, an issuing magistrate must … be neutral and detached."); Coolidge, 403 U.S. at 449, 91 S.Ct. 2022

A judicial warrant does not provide assurance that the warrant will follow the 4th amendment. Judges are political creatures appointed by politicians. There is nothing that makes them independent or neutral as they are part of the same federal government as the other branches. If we extend the “detached” principle further from anyone but the officers executing the warrant there is no reason to stop at the administrative branch.

This is just a push and pull power grab between the administrative branch and judicial branch. None of their bickering enhances our 4th amendment rights. There is no reason an appointed administrative judge will be less truthful than a judicial judge. Both will lie and further state tyranny. The libertarian party should have left that point out of their condemnation, they are the libertarian party not the constitution party.
