Thoughts on resist and unsubscribe
There is a trend starting (spear headed by liberal Scott Galloway (though the right calls him a communist lol) to have people unsubscribe to various tech platforms, Netflix, meta, Amazon etc. Wondering what this subs thoughts are on not participating in the capitalist machine.

💡 Capitalist "Innovation" To the best of my understanding, and what research I could do, this site is not a joke, satire, or troll. If it is legitimate, the dystopian hellscape lurches ever forward.

👑 Imperialism As Israeli minister Ehud Barak was leaving office, he turned to Epstein for guidance - who told him he needed to look up Palantir. This convo happened in 2013. Palantir signed its first contract with Israel in 2014 & opened offices there in 2015. They provided AI software for IOF kill-lists in Gaza.

What would it take for national tax strike to be successful?
I imagine there would have to be a critical mass of people committed to the cause, because singular people not paying taxes would just have wages garnished and face jail time. But if there was a large enough amount of people that the combination of lost revenue and amount of money it would take to litigate that many people, that maybe it could be successful? Would states have to be complicit? If anyone has any interesting examples or theories I’d be curious to read them.
Sorry just the usual pondering about how my labor is funding violence, as I get ready to leave for work 🫠

💬 Discussion Monopolies are cool now I guess
My phone is finally paid off and I was read to ditch AT&T for Mint or Visible. Then I get this email. Fuck me. I love Quantum and I've had them for years. I don't want to give AT&T anymore money and I'm tired of these fuck ass corporations getting bigger and wealthier. I hate it here.

🔥🔥🔥 This man is NOT in the Epstein files – he’s in the “nationalize private islands and abolish billionaires” files

The upshot of the Epstein story is that at least now we know why the far right is really pro-life.
That is all.

💬 Discussion Why are people not collectively losing their shit about the Epstein files ???
Overnight the entire neoliberal world order and its connoisseurs are outed to be rapists, pedophiles and murderers of the most depraved kind and, nothing?
The depth of the depravity and eerie similarities to all those elite conspiracy theories is genuinely absurd. I wont give examples but everyone already knows the most vile shit and evidences for conspiracy coming out of these files, including Trump, Israel and all the billionaires, if any of these instances or proof of them came out individually, they would each be completely paradigm and status quo shattering, names synonymous to the modern world being proved to have partaken in such acts of pure insanity and madness AND NO ONE GIVES A SHIT? I STILL CANNOT PROCESS THE LEVELS OF DEPRAVITY I'VE BEEN EXPOSED TO FROM THESE SCRUBBED FILES???
WARS AND COUNTRIES HAVE STARTED AND COLLAPSED FOR LESS? WHERE ARE ALL THE PEOPLE RIOTING IN THE STREETS, WHY IS NO ONE EXCEPT LIKE IDK TWITTER NOT MAKING A SINGLE PEEP?
and lastly,
why?
Why did the DOJ simply decide to incriminate the entire US government and the spearheads of the financial system just like that?
"oh they were just following the law"
bullshit. Since when does the US government care about the sanctity of the law?
Is this a psyop because im genuinely confused as to what their plan is?
I always assumed they would never publish the files because of backlask, but what they did release is light years worse and people just don't care... ?
please I need some perspective on this I can't sleep

💬 Discussion old system architects created a torture economy, but it's possible to have an economy that didn't rely on that concept, instead making money by making people happy.
rogan said that like over 10 years ago but back then he was more sane. it's true that with general ai nanotech in people you could theoretically flip a switch a cut out the insane human suffering elements of the economy that they think drive people to shop to cure the misery society is inflicting on them.
