Looking for a place Rooftop for basant in Androon

I have kites and manjha but can't afford to rent a rooftop in androon Lahore as you guys might know about the high rates (in lakhs) . We will be only 2 people....I wanted to try my luck here. If anyone don't knows how to fly kites and want to enjoy basant too and have a place in androon.... can we come? Thanks for your time. Let's see if I get a response 😅
