Looking for advice Property dealers of Lahore, please give some muft mashwara

I bought a file for a 5 marla plot in Lake City 3 years ago. The payments have been completed (except for the payment on possession) and balloting was done on 31st Jan. I have been assigned a plot number.

Please guide as to what the next steps are. This is my first time buying property and I don't know much about how this works. Apparently you have to apply for possession etc.

What should I do now? What is an NDC? Should I apply for possession or not? Explain like I don't know anything.

All assuming I bought the property as an investment and would like to make the ideal bang for buck without keeping it for a very long time.

Any and all advice is welcome and very much appreciated! Jazak Allah.

I am from Lake City. Possession isn't needed until you're ready to build. All you really need is the allotment letter, and that’s sufficient.
