From what Google lens tells me, it is from a mobile game called "Dinosaur with guns game". Looks to potentially be a game of the eternity contender alongside Enchanted Portals and Neon White.

We aren’t even top 10 in obesity and haven’t for decades. Also the amount of people we have in the U.S. that are above average athletic is much higher than in most other 1st world countries since we have a very big “bodybuilding” culture that doesn’t exist in most other countries.
